MAY 5, 2008 --- The Traficant Racing team and driver David Spille once again invaded the Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky last Saturday night, May 3. A $2,000 to win, unsanctioned event took place at the 1/2-mile, high-banked speedplant last Saturday evening. David ran fifth in his heat race prior to notching a solid ninth place performance in the A-Main. He is currently sixth in the latest track point standings, only one marker out of the top five. SPILLE IN ACTION AGAIN AT FLORENCE!
APRIL 28, 2008 --- David Spille and his #10 team traveled to the Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky on Saturday night, April 26 for a regular weekly show. David started third in his ultra-competitive heat race and wound up finishing a strong second. After starting fifth in the A-Main, the Harrison, Ohio driver was up to the third position before being spun out by another competitor from behind. DAVID SPILLE EARNS ANOTHER SIXTH PLACE FINISH AT FLORENCE!
APRIL 21, 2008 --- The Traficant Racing team, with David Spille behind the wheel of their #10 entry, once again invaded the Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky on Saturday night, April 19. An unsanctioned event was held last Saturday at the 1/2-mile, high-banked oval and a $2,000 top prize was up for grabs. David ran third in his competitive heat race prior to finishing a strong sixth in the A-Main. The Harrison, Ohio driver wound up behind winner Justin Rattliff, Mike Jewell, Audie McWilliams, Brandon Kinzer, and Jesse Lay.
